An issue was identified where installation of LOstorm 18.0 over the same folder as LOstorm 17.0 will result in left over files from the previous version remaining. This is due to the name change from Release back to Releasex64.
This warning message will appear if you try to run the old version.
Two copies of the exe file to launch the game will remain, as well as two copies of the shortcuts in the start menu and desktop.
You should not attempt to run the old version (FirestormOS-Release). Instead, only run the new version (FirestormOS-Releasex64).
It is recommended to uninstall both versions from Add or Remove Programs in Windows Control Panel, and then install LOstorm 18 again.
(You do not need to clear your saved settings when uninstalling)
You should uninstall both versions and then try install LOstorm 18 again!
